Terms of service
1. Commission Process■ By commissioning the artist, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.■ The artist will provide a digital artwork suitable for printing, as per your request.2. Payments■ All payments must be made in USD via PayPal.■ Payment in full is due within 24 hours after receiving a sketch or a quote. Failure to pay within this time frame may result in the commission being canceled and future commissions being declined.■ For each additional character you'd like in the same drawing, it's an added cost of 60% based on the price of the first character.3. Refunds and Cancellations■ No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after payment is sent, except at the artist's discretion.■ If you wish to make minor changes during the commission process, please communicate them promptly.4. Major Changes■ If you require significant alterations at an advanced stage of the drawing, the artist may charge an additional 10% fee. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding with major changes.5. Commission Timeline■ The commission may take between 7 to 14 days to complete. Delays, if any, will be communicated to you.6. Intellectual Property■ The artist retains full intellectual property rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in their portfolio and use it for self-promotion.7. Client's Rights■ As the client, you have the right to display, print, and share the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial use. However, you may not claim the artwork as your creation or use it for commercial purposes without the artist's permission.8. Communication■ Clear and respectful communication is essential. Both parties agree to communicate openly and promptly regarding the commission's progress and any issues that may arise.9. Dispute Resolution■ In the event of a dispute, both parties will make a good faith effort to resolve it through negotiation or mediation.10. Agreement Acceptance■ By commissioning the artist, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
